The Order Concerns The Implementation Of Training Aimed At Obtaining The Participants Qualifications Necessary For Employment As A Physical Security Employee. The Result Of The Training Is To Obtain A Certificate Of Completion, Which Will Enable Participants To Apply For Entry On The List Of Qualified Physical Security Workers. The Training Should Be Conducted In Accordance With The Subject Matter, Number Of Hours For Individual Modules Specified In The Annex To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs Of December 18, 2013 On Requirements For Training And Courses Confirming Theoretical And Practical Preparation In The Field Of Shooting Training, Self-Defense, Intervention Techniques And Knowledge Of Legal Provisions Related To The Protection Of Persons And Property (Journal Of Laws Of 2013, Item 1688). Number Of Training Hours For Each Participant: 245. Examination Rules. The Contractor Must Conduct An Exam Checking The Level Of Knowledge And Selected Skills Described Above, Lasting Up To 5 Hours. Number Of Participants: 1 Group Of 6 People. The Training Will Cover Unemployed People Registered At The District Labor Office In Włocławek, Who Will Be Directed To Training By The Office, After Recruitment, Qualifications And Medical Examinations. Both People Whose Participation Will Be Financed From The Labor Fund And The European Social Fund Plus May Be Sent To The Training. (Efs+). Deadline For The Completion Of The Subject Of The Order: - Start Date Of The Training (Classes): June 2026. The Exact Start Date Of The Classes Will Be Agreed Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor. - Deadline For The Completion Of The Order: By September 30, 2026.
