A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including A List Of Minimum Technical And Functional Requirements, Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Task Is Co-Financed Under The National Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program 2025-2026, Details Of The Task: Retrofitting The Warehouse, Area 2: Logistic Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies, Section: Supplementing Resources And Infrastructure Necessary To Carry Out Olioc Tasks.4. The Ordering Party Informs That It Also Reserves The Right To Charge A Contractual Penalty In The Amount Equal To The Lost Funding From The National Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program 2025-2026 In The Event That The Ordering Party Loses This Funding For Reasons Attributable To The Contractor.5. Requirements Regarding The Warranty (The Warranty Is One Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria): 1) Details Regarding The Warranty Conditions Are Included In Annex No. 1 And 2 To The Swz, 2) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide At Least 24-Month Own Warranty For The Delivered And Installed Device Constituting The Subject Of The Order.
