The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Building Materials And Brand New Equipment, I.E. Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Coming From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Free From Defects, Together With Their Delivery To The Nursery Building At Aleksandrów 696, 23-408 Aleksandrów. The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into 3 Parts, Of Which Part 1 Includes Delivery And Assembly. Before The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of Material Safety Data Sheets For The Ordering Partys Approval. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Provision Of The Necessary Technical And Operational Documentation (In Polish) Related To The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 91 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers Divided Into 3 Parts As Follows: 1) Part 1 Of The Subject Of The Order - Delivery And Installation Of Hpl Sanitary Cabins. The Scope Of Part 1 Includes The Delivery And Assembly Of 2 Sets Of Sanitary Cabins, Double Recessed With Partition Walls. 2) Part 2 Of The Subject Of The Order - Delivery Of A Suspended Roof. The Scope Of Part 2 Includes The Delivery Of A Complete Assembly Set For A Glass Roof Over The Door. 3) Part 3 Of The Subject Order - Delivery Of Building Materials And Equipment The Scope Of Part 3 Includes The Delivery Of Building Materials: Concrete Channel, Cast Iron Manhole, Downpipe Screed And Equipment: Angle Handrail And Tilt Handle For The Disabled, Air Curtain. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order For Parts 1 - 3 Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
