1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Training Service - Theoretical And Practical Glider Training For 14 Students (Under 18 Years Of Age) Of The Mechanical School Complex In Rzeszów According To The Training Program In Accordance With The Aviation Law And Commission Implementing Regulation (Eu) 2018/1976 Of December 14, 2018, Along With Providing Training Participants With 24-Hour, Uninterrupted Care Educational And Organizational Support, Accommodation, Full Board, Personal Accident Insurance And Transport, As Well As Aviation And Medical Examinations. The Contractor Conducting Practical Glider Training Is Obliged To Have At His Disposal 2 (Two) Two-Seat Gliders Of The Same Type That Meet The Requirements Of Gliders Intended For Basic Training. Each Glider Used For Training Must Be Managed For Continued Airworthiness In An Organization Certified In Accordance With The Requirements Of Part-Camo Or Part-Cao. Size/Scope: 14 People. Duration: Theoretical Training - 65 Lesson Hours Of 45 Minutes Each, A Maximum Of 8 Lesson Hours Per Day (No More Than 50% Of Theoretical Lessons Are Allowed In The Form Of A Pass Using Digital Platforms) And Practical Training - 60 Flights, Including 54 Flights With An Instructor And 6 Solo Flights.
