The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale And Delivery Of Up To 800 Tons Of Road Salt With An Anti-Caking Agent For The Production Of Sand Salt To The Zdp Square In Wysokie Mazowiecki, Together With Transport And Unloading At The Ordering Partys Square, I.E. Ul. 1 Maja 7D. The Salt Will Be Used For Winter Maintenance Of County Roads In Wysokie Mazowieckie County. The Order Will Be Implemented Successively During The Term Of The Agreement. The Supplier Will Deliver Salt Within 72 Hours Of The Ordering Partys Notification Of Such A Need Using Self-Unloading Vehicles. Deliveries Will Be Made At The Suppliers Expense. Until The Order Is Received By The Ordering Party, The Risk Of Any Dangers Related To Possible Damage Or Loss Of The Subject Of The Order Is Borne By The Supplier.
