The Ordering Party Is Implementing The Order With Co-Financing From The Second Edition Of Swiss Financial Assistance For Selected Member States Of The European Union In Order To Reduce Socio-Economic Differences Within The Union. Specific Objective: Environmental And Climate Protection. Project Title: Stage I: Construction Of A Storm Sewage System: Lake Winiary, Ul. Kwiatowa, Ul. Chudoby And Ul. Paczkowskiego Together With A Rainwater Pumping Station And A Pressure Pipeline From The City Park (Including The Reconstruction Of The Surface). Investors Supervision Over The Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System: Lake Winiary, Ul. Kwiatowa, Ul. Chudoby And Ul. Paczkowskiego Together With A Rainwater Pumping Station And A Pressure Pipeline From The City Park (Including Reconstruction Of The Surface). Investor Supervision Includes Supervision Of The Sanitary, Electrical And Road Installation Industries. The Investor Supervision Inspector Indicated In The Offer Is Obliged To Personally Participate In The Execution Of The Order; The Ordering Party Does Not Allow This Function To Be Performed In An Exclusively Formal Manner. The Inspector Is Obliged To Be Present On The Construction Site At Least Five Days A Week And Whenever Called By The Employer Or The Contractor, In Particular During The Acceptance Of Works That Are Disappearing Or Being Covered. The Supervision Inspector Is Obliged To Undertake Supervisory Activities Within No More Than 24 Hours From The Notification By The Ordering Party. The Supervision Inspector Cannot Act As A Construction Manager Or Works Manager Within The Supervised Investment. The Duties Of The Supervision Inspector Include, In Particular, Representing The Ordering Party At The Construction Site, Checking The Compliance Of The Works With The Design Documentation, Legal Provisions And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, As Well As Participating In The Acceptance Of Partial And Final Works.
