Preparing And Serving Meals On All Days Of The Calendar Year In The Following Amounts: - Breakfast, Lunch (Two Sets) And Dinner For A Maximum Of 48 Residents Of The Senior Social Welfare Home. Jan Kaczmarek In Czeladź,3.2. Using Your Own Financial Resources To Purchase Products Needed To Prepare Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner),3.3. Delivery And Storage Of Products Needed To Prepare Meals, In Warehouses Provided To The Contractor For Use By The Ordering Party.3.4. Preparing Meals Strictly In Accordance With The Attached Menu (Appendices No. 1A To 1D To The Contract Template); 3.5. Preparing Meals, In Terms Of Quantity, In Accordance With The Received Requirements Provided By The Social Worker, Taking Into Account Possible Diets. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Provide The Number Of Meals Ordered Daily By 1,000 For The Next Day (In The Case Of Sundays And Holidays, Also For Sundays And Holidays), Taking Into Account Any Allowances. 3.6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Require Meals For Sick Residents In Accordance With The Doctors Recommendation (Diets) In Place Of Meals Resulting From The Menu Planned For A Given Calendar Day, While The Total Number Of Meals Prepared Will Not Change. These Meals Should Be Based On The Nomenclature Of Diets Applicable To The Nutrition Of Various Diseases. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Inspect The Source Documentation Regarding The Determination Of Meals Resulting From The Diet Prescribed By A Doctor.3.7. Using Food Products With A Valid Expiry Date To Prepare Meals, 3.8. Meals Should Be Prepared On Site, Using Fresh And Unprocessed Products; The Use Of Semi-Finished Products, Ready-Made Products And The Serving Of Reheated Meals Is Not Allowed. 3.9. The Contractor Will Provide Spices During Meals, I.E. Salt, Ground Black Pepper, Liquid Soup Seasoning, Vinegar, 3.10. The Dinner Should Consist Of Two Courses, I.E. Soup And Main Course Prepared In Two Sets At The Residents Choice, And A Warm Drink (E.G. Compote, Tea). The Consistency Of Meals Should Be Adapted To The Consumption Possibilities Of A Given Resident (Minced, Mixed Meals - At The Guardians Request), Prepared From The Mentioned Lunch Sets Specified In Menus 1A-1D. 3/11. Preparing Holiday Dishes According To Tradition, As Part Of The So-Called Input To The Boiler, 3.12. Bread Cannot Be Separated, It Should Be Available Without Restrictions For All Meals, 3.13. The Following Should Be Available To Residents 24 Hours A Day: Tea, Butter, Jam, Poultry Pâté And Bread, In A Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.
