(Excluding Limestone), B) 0 - 63 Mm In An Amount Of Up To 3,200 Tons - The Material For Making The Foundation Of Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregates Is Crushed Aggregate Obtained As A Result Of Crushing Raw Rock Or Erratic Stones. The Aggregate Must Be Homogeneous Without Foreign Impurities And Without Clay Admixtures. Type Of Hard Stone, E.G.: Melaphyre, Gabbro, Basalt, Dolomite, Etc. (Excluding Limestone). 2) Aggregate Of Individual Fractions Must Meet Polish Standards For Use In Road Construction. 3) The Contractors Obligations Include The Transport Of Aggregate And Unloading It To The Mgzgk Base In Żabno, Ul. Saint Jana 3 Or To Another Place In The Żabno Commune Indicated By The Ordering Party. 4) The Quantity Of Aggregate Deliveries Is An Estimate And May Be Reduced During The Execution Of The Contract Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. Due To The Above, Deliveries Of Smaller Amounts Of Aggregate Than Those Specified In Point 1 Cannot Be The Subject Of The Contractors Claims Against The Ordering Party For The Delivery Of The Full Amount Specified In Point 1 Or Any Other Financial And Compensation Claims. 5) Deliveries Will Be Made On The Basis Of Successive Orders Submitted To The Contractor. 6) The Delivery Will Take Place On The Date Agreed By The Ordering Party And
