1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of The Sports Center In Szczutów On The Plot With Registration Number 96. As Part Of The Task, Two Pitches Will Be Constructed: - A Tennis Pitch With Dimensions Of 23.77X8.23 M (Including The Space Around The Playing Field, Pitch Dimensions Approx. 33.77X14.23 M), A Pitch Surface Made Of Artificial Grass Or Polypropylene, - A Beach Volleyball Pitch With Dimensions 16.00X8.00 M (Dimensions With The Free Zone 22.00X14.00 M), Ball Catchers Are Planned To Be Installed Around The Pitch. A Panel Fence Will Be Constructed At The Front Of The Plot (From Lipowa Street). Elements Of The Outdoor Gym, Colliding With The Planned Location Of The Sports Fields, Have Been Moved (Point No. 3 According To The Development Drawing). The Planned Task Will Be Located In The Vicinity Of The Existing Sports Complex, Consisting Of A Football Pitch With A Circular Track And A Straight Track, A Universal Pitch Including: A Handball Pitch, Two Basketball Pitches And A Volleyball Pitch, A Long And High Jump, And A Shot Throw Range. The Plot Has Direct Access To A Public Road - Plot No. 110. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform An As-Built Inventory.
