The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Investment Task Titled: Expansion Of Road No. 107357L And Construction Of Road 107367L In The Town Of Annów In Accordance With Generally Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of June 22, 2022 On Technical And Construction Regulations Regarding Public Roads (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1518, As Amended) Along With The Necessary Required Regulations Arrangements, Conditions, Decisions, Including An Environmental Decision And A Water Permit, Including Obtaining A Zrid Decision On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And Providing Authors Supervision Over The Developed Project At The Stage Of Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Prepared Documentation (5 Meetings / Including At The Construction Site / Up To 3 Hours Each - A Total Of At Least 15 Hours). The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Preparation Of Geodetic And Legal Documentation For The Purchase By Law Of Real Estate Necessary For Expansion/Construction. Roads, I.E. Designs For The Division Of Plots/Purchase Of Plots With An Area Necessary To Design Road Infrastructure (Estimated Number Of Plots For All Sections To Be Divided: 85), Necessary Geological And Engineering Documentation And Obtaining Maps For Design Purposes.
