The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete, Multi-Discipline Design Documentation For The Post-Mining Development Of The Leon Iii Area In Rydułtowy, Together With Obtaining The Legally Required Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions, Investor Cost Estimates And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works For Individual Industries, As Well As Providing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works For Two Tasks - Task No. 1 And Task No. 2. 2. Material Scope Of The Task No. 1 Regulation Of Water Relations In The Leon Iii Post-Mining Area In Rydułtowy. The Design Documentation Must Include, Among Others: 1) Construction Of A Storm Sewage System, 2) Reconstruction Of A Brick Collector, 3) Reconstruction Of The Sewage Chamber, 4) Design Of Underground Retention Tanks And Pipe Retention, 5) Design Of A Water Intake Station With A Pumping System, 6) Design Of Rain Gardens, 7) Planning Of Reclamation Works And Decontamination Of Land. 3. Material Scope Of Task No. 2 Adaptation Of The Post-Mining Area Of Leon Iii For The Development Of Entrepreneurship In Rydułtowy The Design Documentation Must Include, Among Others: 1) Demolition Of Existing Structures And Surfaces, Including Shelters, 2) Design Of The Road And Communication System, 3) Design Of Green Areas And Plantings, 4) Design Of Technical Infrastructure (Sanitary, Electrical, Telecommunications), 5) Construction Of Connections Water Supply Systems For Buildings, 6) Area Lighting And Monitoring, 7) Solutions Adapted To Mining And Soil And Water Conditions. 4. Excluded Scope - The Scope Of The Design Documentation Does Not Include Works Related To The Replacement Of The Surface Or The Implementation Of Parking Lot Drainage For Tasks No. 1 And 2. 5. Scope Of Design Documentation Separately For Each Task. 1) Preparation Of Complete Documentation In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law, Including A Construction Design Prepared In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design, Containing: A) A Plot Or Area Development Plan Prepared On A Current Map For Design Purposes Or A Copy Thereof, B) Architectural Design - Multi-Discipline Construction Project, C) Multi-Discipline Technical Design, D) Multi-Discipline Detailed Design, E) Information On Health And Safety, F) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works For Individual Industries, G) Investor Cost Estimates For Individual Industries, H) Bills Of Quantities For Individual Industries. 2) Obtaining Starting Materials For Obtaining Opinions, Arrangements And Permits Required By Regulations, 3) Obtaining Opinions, Technical Conditions, Arrangements Of Competent Authorities And Other Necessary Decisions And Permits Required By Regulations, 4) Obtaining Technical Conditions From The Owners Of Existing Networks Along With Ag
