The Ordering Party Informs That The Work Footwear And Gloves Constituting The Subject Of This Order Are Intended For The Ordering Partys Manual Workers, In Particular: - Manual Cleaning Workers, - Renovation And Construction Workers, - Heavy Equipment Operator, - Truck And Specialist Vehicle Drivers, - Plant Operator, - Car Mechanic, Electromechanic, Electrical Fitter, Tire Fitter, - Electrician, Locksmith, Welder, Sheet Metal Worker, Painter, Plumber, Turner, - Publisher Fuel, Issuer Of Materials And Spare Parts, - Car Wash Operator, Operator Of Large-Scale Plants, - Sorting Plant Operator, Forklift Operator, - Degassing Installation Operator, - Waste Neutralization And Composting Operator, - Scrapbooking Employee, Electrobrigade Employee, - Foreman, Dispatcher, - Solid Waste Loader - Engineers And Technicians Working On The Installation. Bearing The Above In Mind, When Offering Shoes And Gloves, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account The Existing Threats Related To The Performance Of Work By The Ordering Partys Employees At A Given Position So That The Subject Of The Order Offered By The Contractor Guarantees Their Safety And Hygiene At Work. Quality Guarantee: The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Provide For The Offered: - Work Gloves, A Quality Guarantee For A Period Not Shorter Than The Minimum Period Of Use Of The Gloves By The Ordering Partys Employee Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Counting From The Date Of Issuing The Gloves To The Ordering Partys Employee For Use); - Work Footwear, A Quality Guarantee For A Period Of Min. 12 Months (Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol By The Parties). The Warranty Period Is Equal To The Period Of The Quality Guarantee.4. Order Completion Date: Successively Within 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract - Subject To The Changes Provided For In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Draft Contract).
