The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Comprehensive Renovation Of The Water Tower Building In Orzesze At Ul. Dworcowa On Plots No. 586/132; 585/132. Renovation Includes: - Execution Of Horizontal Damp-Proof Insulation And Vertical Insulation Of Foundations - Removal Of Damp And Hollow Plasters - Maintenance And Replenishment Of Plasters - Construction Of A New Floor On The Ground Along With Floor Layers - Construction Of New Internal Stairs - Cleaning And Protection Of Steel Elements With Appropriate Protective Paint Coatings - Replacement Of Damaged Elements Of The Roof Truss - Impregnation Of The Entire Roof Truss - Replacement Of The Roof Covering Roof - Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery. A Lightning Protection Installation Should Also Be Performed In Accordance With The Technical Documentation. In The Part Of The Building Described In The Project As Outside The Scope Of The Study, External Plasters Should Be Replaced, The Corner Of The Extension Must Be Rebuilt, The Roof Should Be Replaced, Gutters Should Be Supplemented, Steel Doors Should Be Replaced And The Lightning Protection Installation Should Be Reconstructed. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Building Permit, Decision No. Rdpb-0735/2025 Of December 3, 2025 And A Permit To Carry Out Construction Works On A Monument Entered In The Register Of Monuments Of October 20, 2025. The Contractor Should Have Appropriately Qualified Staff And Direct At Least 1 Person With The Right To Perform Independent Technical Functions In Construction, I.E. Appropriate Construction Qualifications In The Scope Of Managing Construction Works In The Construction Specialty Without Restrictions And Having The Qualifications Referred To In Art. 37C Of The Act On The Protection And Care Of Monuments. This Person Will Act As Construction Manager. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Submit To The Ordering Party Photocopies Of Documents Confirming The Qualifications Of The Above-Mentioned Persons Assigned To Perform The Order. Changing A Person With The Above Qualifications During The Execution Of The Contract Requires The Written Consent Of The Ordering Party And Is Possible Only In Justified Cases To Persons With Qualifications Not Lower Than Those Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
