The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation Along With The Execution Of Construction Works And Obtaining All Required Administrative Decisions And Commissioning Of The Investment Entitled: Revitalization Of The Vocational And Continuing Education Center Together With The Surrounding Areas At 4 Budowlana Street In Mińsk Mazowiecki. The Order Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula, In Accordance With Art. 103 Section 2 Ppl 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Programs (Ffu), Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz, I.E.: Pfu - Architectural Industry (Task 1), Pfu - Road Industry (Task 2) And Pfu - Landscape Architecture Industry (Task 3 And 4). Pfu Define The Functional, Technical, Material And Quality Requirements For The Execution Of The Order. In Case Of Discrepancies Between The Content Of The Swz And The Ffu, The Provisions Of The Ffu Are Considered Binding.3. The Order Includes The Implementation Of Four Interrelated Investment Tasks: 1) Task 1 - Revitalization And Thermal Modernization Works Of The Building Of The Vocational And Continuing Education Center, 2) Task 2 - Renovation Of The Surface And Communication System Of The Area Around Ckziu, Including The Square At Ul. Budowlana 4,3) Task 3 - Development Of The Area Through The Implementation Of Greenery, Plantings, Irrigation Systems And Elements Of Small Architecture, 4) Task 4 - Development Of The Area Through The Implementation Of An Exhibition System And Elements Of Public Space.
