1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of An Existing Playground Located On The Plot No. 83/20, District 05-03 At Ul. Wylot In Milanówek.2. The Detailed Scope Of Works Was Specified In The Construction Design And Stwiorb.3. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Have To, Among Others: Dismantle And Dispose Of The Existing Playground Equipment, I.E. Regulations, Sandbox, Doggy Rocker, Scale Swing, Pendulum Swing And Play Set. The Existing Playground Fence May Be Left In Place Or May Be Dismantled For The Duration Of The Works And Reinstalled After The Works Are Completed. 4. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Construction Of A Safe Surface And The Installation Of Playground Equipment Described In The Construction Design Of The Playground. 5. Departures From The Objects Proposed In The Design In Terms Of Parameters, E.G. Dimensions, Weight, Etc. Are Allowed +/- 10%, Provided That This May Not Result In The Need To Increase The Safety Zones, Surface And Dimensions Of The Playground, And In Particular The Number Of Safe Surfaces.
