The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting Of Renovation Of The Social And Sanitary Room, Renovation Of The Roof, Filling In The Missing Stair Steps Along With The Renovation Of Handrails And Balustrades, Renovation Of Storage Rooms, Sealing Of A Small Swimming Pool Basin, Cleaning Of A Large Swimming Pool Basin, Renovation And Repair Of The Aeration System For The Swimming Pool Basins, Construction Of A Path For The Side Entrance, Installation Of Beach Changing Rooms, Dismantling Of Jumping Platforms, Supplementing Fencing, Repairing The Electrical Installation, Renovating Existing Lighting Lamps, Checking The Water And Sewage System On The Premises. The Detailed Scope Of Renovation Works Results From The Bills Of Quantities Constituting An Annex To This Procedure.1) The Contractor Undertakes To Perform All Works Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Art, Applicable Regulations, Standards, Arrangements, Including Fire Protection, With The Investors Recommendations And To Hand Over The Subject Of This Agreement To The Ordering Party Within The Time Agreed Therein.2) The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Regulations In Force On The Date Of Final Acceptance And Standards, In Particular The Provisions Of The Construction Law And On The Terms Set Out In The Draft Contract. Equivalence If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Their Description Or Standards. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions In The Scope Described.
