The Project Envisages The Expansion Of The Playground With Elements Of Small Architecture And The Development Of Green Areas, Based On And In Accordance With The Land Development Design Prepared By Domino Studio – Architectural Studio In Gdynia, Ul. Pelplińska 2B/9 And Constitutes Annex A To The Swz. 2. The Subject Is Implemented From The Funds Of The Citizens Budget 2022.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Works Consisting In: - Dismantling Existing Terrain Stairs, Playground Equipment, Sidewalk Barrier, Concrete Edges And Other Elements Of Small Architecture, - Construction Of New Paths And Surfaces, Including Safe Surfaces, - Delivery And Installation Of Small Architecture Objects And Playground Equipment, - Securing The Construction Site, Preparatory Works - Development Of The Construction Site And Its Marking; – Excavation For Typical Foundation Footings Or Sleeves For Playground Equipment; – Construction Of Foundation Footings, Installation Of Typical Foundations Or Sleeves (According To The Guidelines And Drawings Of The Equipment Manufacturer); – Painting Of Gates, – Planting (Bushes, Trees, Lawn), – Construction And Installation Of 1 Lamp On The Plot No. 309 Illuminating The Passage Between Kindergarten No. 48 And Primary School No. 39; 2) Carrying Out A Post-Assembly Inspection In The Playground Area Along With Obtaining Certificates Confirming The Compliance Of The Playground And The Surface With Applicable Standards Pn-En 1176 Or 1177, Regulations And Technical Documentation By An Independent, Specialized, External Inspection Unit That Was Not Directly Involved In The Installation And Is Not Responsible For Any Repair Work And Related Expenses; The Certificate Must Be Issued By The Inspection Body And Submitted To The Ordering Party Before Final Acceptance. The Cost Of Inspection And Issuance Of The Certificate Is Borne By The Contractor;3) Preparation Of As-Built Acceptance Documentation, Which The Contractor Will Provide To The Ordering Party In Paper Form - 2 Copies, In Electronic Form In .Pdf Format On A Usb Drive - 1 Copy A) Grass Seed Certificate Issued By The Chief Inspectorate Of Plant And Seed Protection, B) Soil Test Report, C) Plant Passports Issued By The State Plant And Seed Protection Inspectorate Seed Industry, D) Declaration Of The Producer Of Plants With A Quality Certificate Containing Information On The Number Of Plants And Parameters Of Containers; 4) Moreover, If In Order To Perform The Works Falling Within The Scope Of The Contract It Will Be Necessary To Perform Other Activities, Submit Notifications Or Obtain Decisions And
