4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Titled: Taking Out A Long-Term Loan In The Amount Of Pln 1,300,000.00 To Finance The Planned Budget Deficit Of The Skomlin Commune In 2026. 4.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Granting And Servicing A Long-Term Loan In The Amount Of Pln 1,300,000.00 (In Words: One Million Three Hundred Thousand Zlotys 00/100). 4.3. Planned Repayment Period And Amount Capital Installments Are Specified In The Loan Repayment Schedule. 4.4. The Loan Capital Will Be Repaid In The Period From January 31, 2033 To December 31, 2038, On The Dates And Installment Amounts Specified In The Schedule. 4.5. The Loan Will Be Disbursed In One Installment, Based On The Ordering Partys Written Instruction If A Lower Loan Amount Is Used, The Proposed Installments In The Loan Repayment Schedule Will Change. 4.7. Variable Loan Interest Rate, Based On The Wibor 1M Reference Rate Calculated As The Arithmetic Average Of The Last Five Quotations From The Month Preceding The Month Of Interest Calculation, Plus The Banks Margin Presented In The Offer. 4.8 Calculation Of Interest At The Wibor 1M Rate Applicable In May 2026 In The Amount Of 3.77% Plus The Contractors Margin.4.9. Interest On The Loan Will Be Charged Only On The Amount Of The Current Actual Debt. 4.10. The Banks Margin Cannot Be Increased During The Term Of The Loan Agreement. 4.11. 4.12. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Collection Of Bank Fees And Commissions On The Balance Of The Unused Part Of The Loan, Early Repayment Of The Capital And Changes In The Repayment Schedule During The Loan Period. 4.13. The Contractor Will Not Charge Any Costs Other Than Bank Interest On The Loan Granted. 4.14. The Ordering Party Shall Have The Right To Early Repayment Of The Loan In Whole Or In Part. 4.15 The Date Of Repayment Of The Loan, And Not Until The End Of The Contract, Without Any Compensation Commission Or Other Additional Fees.4.16. In The Event Of Early, Partial Repayment Of The Loan, The Loan Period Remains Unchanged, Unless The Ordering Party Submits A Different Instruction In Writing. 4.17. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Extend The Loan Repayment Period And The Ordering Party Regarding The Subject Of The Order Will Be Made In Polish Currency.4.20. Taking Out A Loan Will Not Require The Ordering Party To Open An Account With The Contractor Other Than The One Related To The Loan Service. 4.21. The Commune Of Skomlin Is Not Implementing Restructuring Proceedings And Is Not In The Process Of Restructuring It With Another Bank. 4.22 Other Forms Of Security Are Expected.4.23. In Order To Check The Creditworthiness Of The Ordering Party, The Skomlin Commune Provides The Financial Documents Of The Skomlin Commune As Annex No. 2 To The Swz, And On The Website Www.Bip.Skomlin.Akcessnet.Net In The Local Law Tab, The Ordering Party Informs That It Will Not Fill Out Any Forms Provided By The Contractors, As It Has Provided All The Data That Allows The Contractors To Prepar
