Kaliska.2. Pellet Deliveries Will Be Made Successively Over A Period Of 9 Months (From October 1, 2025 To June 2026).3. The Expected Quantity Of Pellets In The Above-Mentioned Period Is 150.00 Tons. The Quantity Of Ordered Pellets May Change By +/- 30%, Depending On The Actual Needs Resulting From Weather Conditions.4. The Contractor Will Deliver Pellets Successively, In Accordance With The Request Submitted By The Operator. The Operator Will Place Orders In Writing Or By Phone (Confirmed By E-Mail). 5. Deliveries (Road Transport - Tanker Or Self-Unloading Trailer, The Width Of The Vehicle Chute Must Be Adapted To The Width Of The Fuel Chute Located Above The Fuel Warehouse With The Following Parameters: Width 2.5 M, Length 1.5 M) Will Be Made To: The Boiler Room Of The Kaliska Commune Office At Ul. Nowowiejska 5 The Town Of Kaliska. Pellet Deliveries Should Be Made With A Vehicle With A Maximum Permissible Weight Of Up To 30 Tons And A Maximum Vehicle Length Adapted To The Length Of The Truck Scale With Technical Parameters, I.E. Maximum Load Capacity 30,000 Kg, Width 2.8 M, Length 12 M.6. The Volume Of A Single Delivery Will Be Approximately 15 Tons Of Pellets.7 17225-2:2014-07, Class A1 And The Dinplus Or En Plus Certification Program And Have The Minimum Requirements: A) Calorific Value In Working Condition Not Lower Than 18,000 Kj/Kg, B) Total Humidity Not Higher Than 10%, C) Ash Content In Working Condition Not Higher Than 1.0%, D) Sulfur Content In Working Condition Not Higher Than 0.5 %,E) Length From 10 Mm To 50 Mm, F) Pellet Diameter From 6 Mm To 8 Mm8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach A Document Confirming The Quality Parameters Of The Delivered Pellet To Each Delivery (A Pellet Test Report Prepared By An Accredited Laboratory). Parameters, The Contractor Must Demonstrate That The Pellet Has The Parameters And Properties Required By The Ordering Party And Is In Accordance With The Contract. If The Pellet Turns Out To Be Of Inappropriate Quality (Contrary To The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And The Contract), The Contractor Will Empty The Warehouse Of Pellets That Do Not Meet The Requirements At Its Own Expense And Deliver New Pellets With Parameters Consistent With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Subject To § 4 Of The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 7 To This Terms Of Reference.9 At The Contractors Expense, And Unloading Will Take Place From 7:30 A.M. To 2 P.M.
