The City Of Atlanta, On Behalf Of The Department Of Aviation, Will Shortly Undergo A Multi-Step Sealed Bid Process Comprised Of A Prequalification Phase As The Initial Step, Followed By An Invitation For Bid (Ifb), Towards The Procurement Intended To Support The Continued On-Call Service, Repair, Limited Installation, Preventive Maintenance, And Parts Supply For Fences, Security Gates, Gate Operators, And Associated Control Systems At Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. This Contract Is Intended To Help Doa Maintain Operational Continuity, Regulatory Compliance, And The Security Integrity Of Existing Airport Gate Systems On A Time-And-Materials Basis. Interested Vendors During The Prequalification Phase Should Be Prepared To Demonstrate Experience Supporting Airport Security Gates, Gate Operators, Access Controls, Fence Sections, And Related Electrical And Mechanical Components. Vendors Should Also Be Able To Show 24/7 Service Capacity, Qualified Technicians, Osha 10 Certification, Applicable Electrical Or Low-Voltage Licensing, And The Ability To Secure Required Airport Credentials, Including Sida Badging. The Citys Expectation Is That The Selected Vendor Ensures Timely Diagnostics, Preventive Inspections, Repairs, Replacements, And Parts Support With Minimal Disruption To Airport Operations And Secure-Area Access. Emergency Requests Must Be Acknowledged Within One Hour With Onsite Arrival Within Two Hours, While Non-Emergency Requests Must Be Addressed Within Twenty-Four Business Hours. Vendors Capable Of Providing Complete Troubleshooting, Calibration, Limited Installation, Preventive Maintenance, Oem Or Approved Equivalent Parts, Detailed Service Documentation, And Warranty Support For Airport Gate And Fence Systems Are Encouraged To Prepare For This Upcoming Solicitation Process. A Pre-Solicitation Conference Will Be Noticed And Then Held To Provide More Details And Address Questions.
