The Assignment Includes: • Supply Of Learning Methods Consumables • Delivery Of Learning Methods Consumables • Game And Development Materials • Educational Software (With The Exception Of Specific Software/Snappet Used By The Various Ambion Schools) • Creativity Items And School Materials Optional Within The Assignment Is: • Office Materials The Assignment Does Not Include: • Printing And Copying Paper This Concerns A Framework Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As: Agreement) With An Initial Term Of Three (3) Years. After This Period, The Client Has The Option To Extend The Agreement Three (3) Times For One Year By Taking Option Years. The Maximum Term Is Therefore Six (6) Years. The Agreement Expires After The End Of The Contract Years (Initially Or After The Expiration Of Option Years) Or After The Maximum Order Value Has Been Reached.
