The Offer Must Be Based On This Request For Offer And The Attachments. The Offer Must Be Given As A Total Price. The Bid Prices Must Be Based On The Estimated Skol Groups Hourly Estimates. Järvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy Acts As The Developer And Sulkavan Palvelut Oy As The Client. The Client Provides The Initial Information, But The Consultant Must Obtain All Other Necessary Information To Successfully Complete The Assignment. The Plans Must Be So Precise And Detailed That The Necessary Construction Works Can Be Tendered And Carried Out Based On Them. The Plans Must Include Implementation Plans With The Necessary Structural And Special Plans, Map And Procedure Descriptions, And Cost Estimates Of The Implementations. The Hygiene And Cleanliness Requirements Of The Water Utility Must Be Taken Into Account In The Design. In Addition To Planning, The Work Includes Two (2) Planning Meetings. The Kick-Off Meeting Is Organized On Site And The Second Meeting As A Teams Meeting. The Designer Must Familiarize Himself With The Object On Site Before Submitting The Offer. The Designer Must Take Sufficient Measurements For The Design. The Plans Must Be Delivered To The Customer In Electronic Form (In Pdf, Dwg, Word And Excel Formats) Directly To The Project Bank (Bem) Used By The Developer. The Offer Must Include Information About The Project Manager Responsible For The Project, The Experts Participating In The Preparation Of The Report, As Well As Their Skills And Experience. References From Construction, Infrastructure And Water Supply Technical Planning Must Be Attached To The Offer. Reference Lists Of Persons Must Include The Name Of The Projects, The Year Of Implementation And The Persons Position In The Project, As Well As The Details Of The Person Ordering The Project. The Price Must Be Bindingly Valid Throughout The Planning Period. The Planning Price Also Includes All Necessary Field Visits And Presentation To The Customer. Timetable: The Design Work Begins Immediately After The Procurement Decision Becomes Legally Binding. The Draft Plans Must Be Available For Inspection By The Customer By November 1, 2026, And The Plans Must Be Handed Over Corrected According To The Comments To The Customer By November 15, 2026.
