This Order Is Divided Into Three Distinct Items As Follows: Separate Position No. 1 Major Repair Of 22Nd October Street From The O.T. 95 To O.T. 175 Separate Position No. 2 Major Repair Of Petko Napetov Street From O.T. 313 To O.T. 327 Separate Position No. 3 Major Repair Of Yanko Maslinkov Street From The O.T. 230 To O.T. 234 Total Length Of The Sections Of The Streets Subject To Major Repair - 760.31M. Distributed As Follows: 1. Street 22Nd October From O.T. 95 To O.T. 175 With A Length Of 281.42M 2. Petko Napetov Street From O.T. 313 To O.T. 327 With A Length Of 307.95M 3. Yanko Maslinkov Street From O.T. 230 To O.T. 234 With A Length Of 170.94M The Purpose Of The Order Is To Improve And Modernize The Urban Environment And The Aesthetic Appearance Of The City Of Malko Tarnovo, By Restoring And Improving The Transport And Operational Qualities Of The Road And Pavement Surface With A View To Ensuring Conditions For The Safety Of Car And Pedestrian Traffic, The Comfort Of Travelers And Good Drainage Of The Streets. The Planned Construction And Installation Works Are Related To The Implementation Of An Approved Investment Project For Each Site, Providing For The Demolition Of The Existing Asphalt Pavement And The Laying Of Crushed Stone, The Demolition Of Existing Curbs And The Construction Of New Concrete Curbs, The Demolition Of The Existing Deformed Concrete Slab Sidewalk And The Construction Of A New One, The Milling Of The Existing Asphalt Pavement, The Laying Of Dense Asphalt Concrete For Wearing Layer, Laying Of Non-Dense Asphalt Concrete For The Lower Layer Of The Coating, Drainage And Other Construction Activities. According To The Issued Construction Permits, The Sites Are Fourth Category, Second Group, According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 4, Letter A Of Zut.
