Public Relations Services – Area Development Urban Space Brugg Windisch Train Station: Support Participation And Communication. The Brugg Windisch Train Station Urban Area Development Is Dedicated To The Development Around Brugg Train Station Under The Leadership Of The Municipality Of Windisch And The City Of Brugg. To The Southwest Of The Railway Area Is The “Bahnhof Süd” Area, One Of The Last Large Transformation Areas Close To The Railway Station In The Canton Of Aargau. Due To Its Location In The Center Of The Brugg-Windisch Regional Area, It Is Of Great Importance For Future Settlement And Transport Development. There Is Scope For New Uses In The Industrial Areas Due To Structural And Operational Changes. In The Medium To Long Term, This Area Is To Be Developed Into A Lively, Mixed New District. The Area Development Is Being Carried Out In Close Cooperation By The Following Five Project Partners: The City Of Brugg, The Municipality Of Windisch, Brugg Immobilien Ag, Sbb And The Canton Of Aargau. In The Upcoming Phase 3 “Rsp: Make It Binding For The Authorities”, The Previous Plans Are Now To Be Translated In A Binding Manner For The Authorities In The Form Of A Regional Sectoral Plan. The Area Development Process Should Be Continued Seamlessly After The Regional Sectoral Plan Has Been Completed And Phase 4 “Bno Partial Revision: Binding On Landowners” Should Be Tackled. As In The Previous Phase, This Planning Work Should Be Accompanied In A Closely Participatory And Communicative Manner. This Call For Tenders Is Looking For A Specialist Office To Support Participation And Communication, Which Will Continue And Further Develop This Support. The Population And Interested Parties Should Be Comprehensively Informed About The Rsp And Given Appropriate Scope For Participation. Carefully Designed And Understandably Prepared Accompanying Communication Is Of Central Importance For Process Reliability. Only Those Who Can Understand What Is Happening And For What Reasons Can Develop Trust In The Process And Its Results.
