Road Salt – “Nz04/2026 Supply Of Chemical Spreading Material”. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Chemical Sprinkling Material With A De-Icing Efficiency Of Up To -6 °C Intended For The Winter Maintenance Of Land Roads, Including Transport To The Collection Points Of The Public Contracting Authority. Specification Of The Subject Of The Order: • Chemical Sprinkling Material With Effectiveness Up To -6 °C (Sanding Salt) Intended For Storage In Halls And Silos, With Delivery Within 3 Working Days Of Delivery Of The Order By E-Mail, • Chemical Sprinkling Material With Effectiveness Down To -6 °C (Sanding Salt) Intended For Storage In Halls And Silos, With Delivery Within 10 Working Days Of Delivery Of The Order By E-Mail. The Capacity Of Each Silo At The Public Procurement Centers In Malacky, Senec And Pezinok Is 240 Tons. The Supplied Material Must Not Contain Admixtures Of Plastics Or Other Packaging Materials And Must Be Suitable For Sprinkling Overland Roads. The Supplier Is Obliged To Deliver The Goods In The Required Quality In Accordance With The Technical Specification Listed In Annex No. 1. The Price Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes All Costs Associated With The Delivery Of The Goods, In Particular The Costs Of Loading, Transport And Unloading To The Specified Locations Of The Public Contracting Authority. The Sprinkling Material Is Intended For Winter Maintenance Of Land Roads In The Administration Of The Public Contracting Authority, With The Aim Of Ensuring The Passability And Flow Of Road Traffic To The Extent Corresponding To The Normal Operating Condition. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Of The Relevant Technical Standards, In Particular Stn 58 0111, Or Equivalent Standard En, Stn 65 6072, Or Of The Equivalent En Standard, As Well As Technical Conditions Tp 039/2022 Issued By The Ministry Of Transport Of The Slovak Republic (Section Of Road Transport And Land Communications). At The Same Time, It Must Meet All Relevant Requirements Of The Applicable Legislation Of The Slovak Republic And Technical Standards Regarding Environmental Protection, During The Entire Life Cycle Of The Product, Including Its Production And Disposal. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Delivered Object Of The Contract Fulfills All Generally Binding Legal Regulations, Technical Standards And Conditions Valid At The Time Of Execution Of The Contract. The Applicant Is Obliged To Submit A Confirmation From The Salt Manufacturer That The Delivered Salt Is Non-Caking For A Period Of At Least 3 Years, As Well As The Preservation Of Its Physical Properties During This Time. The Mentioned Requirement Results From The Fact That Part Of The Deliveries Will Be Stored In The Public Procurement Companys Premises, Where It Is Necessary To Ensure That The Material Does Not Harden During Long-Term Storage And That The Functionality Of The Storage Facilities Does Not Decrease. Invoicing Will Be Done On A Monthly Basis. The Invoice Will Include The Suppliers Serious Ticket For Each Delivery And A Clear List Of Deliveries For The Previous Calendar Month. At The Same Time, Each Delivered Batch Will Be Subject To Control Weighing On The Certified Scales Of The Public Contracting Authority At The Place Of Delivery. A Serious Ticket Of The Public Contracting Authority Will Be Drawn Up About This Weighing. A Deviation Of Up To ±3% Is Considered A Permissible Deviation
