This Also Includes Revisions, Adjustments, Technical Additions, Protocolization, Monitoring Of The Process And Compliance With Due Diligence In The Administrative And Notary Spheres, Including Up To Approval By The Competent Notary Office, When Necessary, With The Issuance Of The Respective Art, Trt Or Rrt, As Applicable., From 3,000 M² To 10,000 M², Above Of 10,000 M², Provision Of Technical Services For Topographic Survey And Georeferencing Of Rural Properties, Of Up To 2 Hectares, Intended For Updating Confrontations, Certification And Updating Of Registration, Descriptive Memorandums And Other Technical Parts Required For Administrative Instruction, Certification And Notary Registration. This Includes Monitoring The Process And Attending Due Diligence Before The Property Registry Office And, When Applicable, Before The Competent Bodies And Systems, Including Up To Approval By The Competent Registry Office And The Corresponding Certification, When Necessary, Of 2 To 5 Hectares, Provision Of Technical Services For Demarcation, Checking And Materialization Of Currency And Vertices Of Properties Of Up To 5,000 M², Comprising Field And Office Services For Leasing, Verifying And Determining The Necessary Technical Information, Such As Abutments, Coordinates And Perimeter, Using Landmarks Or Stakes In The Field, As Well As Preparing Plans, Descriptive Memorials And Other Relevant Technical Pieces. These Include The Necessary Technical Revisions And Adjustments, Protocolization, Monitoring Of The Process And Compliance With Due Diligence In The Administrative And Notary Spheres, Verification And Materialization Of Currency And Property Vertices From 5,000 M² To 2 Hectares, Verification And Materialization Of Currency And Property Vertices From 2 To 20 Hectares, Provision Of Technical Land Subdivision Services, Including Dismemberment, Divide And Remembrance Of Areas Of Up To 3,000 M², For The Purposes Of Real Estate Individualization, Covering The Division Of The Original Area, The Unification Or The Formation Of New Parcels, As The Case May Be, With The Execution Of Field And Office Services, Preparation Of Maps, Plans, Individualized Descriptive Memorials, Table Of Areas, Demarcations, Institution Or Representation Of Easements, And Other Technical Parts Pertinent To Administrative And Notary Instruction. These Include: Deployment And Remembrance Of Areas From 3,000 To 10,000 M², Deployment And Remembrance Of Areas Above 10,000 M², Provision Of Technical Topographic Survey Services For Planialtimetric Georeferenced Cadastral Of Urban And Rural Areas Of Up To 5,000 M², Including Field And Office Services For Definition Of Coordinates, Vertices, Confrontations, Area And Perimeter, With Preparation Of Plan, Descriptive Memorial And Other Relevant Technical Parts, Including Necessary Technical Revisions And Adjustments And, Until Completion Of The Service, Provision Of Technical Services For Georeferenced Cadastral Planialtimetric Topographic Survey Of Urban Areas
