Expression of Interest for Advancing Climate Finance for Global Transition Pathways towards Carbon Neutrality and Climate Resilient Development Achieving the transition towards carbon-neutral and climate-resilient development necessitates a comprehensive understanding of the financial needs, targeted investment areas, and the deployment of effective financial instruments on a global scale. Moreover, reforming the international financial architecture is crucial to facilitate and support this transition.
