Tenders are invited for Safad Hospital Biomedical Project. The deadline for obtaining tender documents is Wednesday , June 3 , 2026, during the associations official working hours (Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM). Documents can be obtained by sending an email to k.audeh@pcrf.net The deadline for submitting inquiries is Friday, June 5, 2026 at 12:00 PM. The deadline for submitting bids is Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 12:00 PM at the headquarters of the Palestine Childrens Relief Fund (PCRF) located in Beirut, Ramlet al-Bayda, Beethoven Street, Alwan Building, 5th Floor. Those wishing to apply for this tender must meet the following conditions: The applicant must be officially registered with the official and tax authorities in the State of Lebanon and be able to provide a commercial registration certificate along with all the required official documents. The applicant must be registered with the official authorities. The tender documents include the invitation to tender, general and special conditions, legal conditions, specifications, and bills of quantities, all of which must be stamped and signed. The winning bidder shall make the supply in coordination with the Palestine Childrens Relief Society and the beneficiary parties, provided that loading, unloading, installation (and storage if necessary) is at the suppliers expense. The applicant must submit his bid according to the requirements of the tender documents only, so that it is placed inside a sealed envelope and written on it the name and number of the tender and the name of the company submitting the bid. He must also submit 2 paper copies + a scanned copy on CD. The bid opening committee is not obligated to accept the lowest bid or any other bids, and is not required to give reasons for this.
