4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Repair Of The Left-Side Flood Embankment Of The Opava River At Km 66+300-70+000 (2.8 Km) In The Town Of Bliszczyce, Branice Commune, Głubczyce Poviat. - Construction Works. The Task Concerns The Renovation Of The Left-Side Flood Embankment Of The Opava River (Class Iv Hydrotechnical Structure). The Works Include A 2.8 Km Long Section Located In Bliszczyce (Brnice Commune), Which Corresponds To The Rivers Mileage From Km 66+300 To Km 70+000 (Embankment Km 0+000 - 2+821). The Main Goal Of The Task Is To Remove The Damage Caused During The Flood Surge In September 2024 By Restoring The Standard Technical And Operational Parameters Of The Embankment Body And The Accompanying Engineering Structures. The Investment Is Of A Renovation And Reconstruction Nature, And Its Implementation Serves To Ensure The Continuity Of The Flood Protection System Of The Opava River Valley.
