The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Titled: Comprehensive Energy Modernization Of The Administration Building At Ul. Rolnicza 4C In Radziejów, Including An Audit, Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Building. The Investment Is Located In Radziejów, On Part Of Plot No. 778/1, Registration District 0001 Radziejów. There Are Four Buildings On The Plot. The Administration Building Is Subject To Thermal Modernization - A Two-Story Building With A Partial Basement. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1. Thermal Modernization Works: A) Insulation Of External Walls And Foundation Walls, B) Insulation Of The Flat Roof, C) Replacement Of External Windows And Doors.2. Installation Works: A) Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation With An Energy Bank, B) Construction Of The Necessary Accompanying Installations (Electrical, Lightning Protection, Etc.).3. Construction Works: A) Addition Of An External Elevator For Disabled People, B) Dismantling Of The Existing Ramp, C) Accompanying Works (Foundation, Reconstruction, Surface Work, Drainage, Etc.). The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Energy Audit, Applicable Legal Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge.
