The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And The Performance Of Construction Works (Design And Build) Within The Scope Indicated In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu). Scope Of Construction Works, Supplies And Assembly:• Delivery And Assembly Of A Sensory Bench With 3 Seats For Able-Bodied And Disabled People,• Delivery And Assembly Of An Integration Swing For Able-Bodied And Disabled People,• Delivery And Assembly Of Concrete Tables With Picnic Benches - 2 Pcs. • Delivery And Installation Of Park, City And Housing Estate Hammocks - 2 Pcs. • Delivery And Installation Of 70 L Concrete Waste Bins - 5 Pcs. • Delivery And Installation Of An Information Board, • Removal Of Existing Hardening Of Tennis Courts With An Area Of Approx. 1,000 M²; • Removal Of Rubble And Other Demolition Materials; • Tidying Up The Resulting Area And Preparing It Appropriately. And Sowing With Grass;• Painting The Existing Wall Made Of Concrete Slabs And Filling In The Gaps;• Painting The Steel Poles Located Next To The Wall;• General Tidying Up Of The Area Covered By The Order.• Land Development, Planting Grass, Marking New Pedestrian Paths.• Preparatory Works, Delivery Of Soil To Level The Area Intended For The Playground,• Securing The Existing Greenery During The Works,• Delivery And Installation: Playground Equipment While Maintaining Appropriate Safe Zones And Elements Of Small Architecture In Accordance With The Planned Scope And In Accordance With The Approved Design• Replenishment Of Lawns After The Works Performed. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Playground Equipment While Maintaining The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Fup, Also Regarding Standards, Approvals And Certificates Required By Law - The Ordering Party Allows Their Equivalence Here.1. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In: 1) Contract Template - Constituting An Annex To The Swz, 2) Functional And Utility Program - Constituting An Annex To The Swz.2. If The Contractor Finds That The National Standards, European Standards Or International Standards Used In The Swz And In The Annexes To The Swz May Indicate The Producers Of The Products Or Their Sources Of Origin, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions In This Respect. This Means That The Main Technical Parameters That Are Important For Achieving The Purpose Of The Products Indicated In This Way Determine The Minimum Expectations Required By The Ordering Party As To The Quality Of The Products That Are To Be Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract. Moreover, In Each Case, Stating That The Description Or Feature Of The Described Product, Which May Indicate The Source Of Origin Or Manufacturer, The Contractor Is Also Entitled To Use Equivalent Products, Which Means Those With Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Swz And/Or In The Annexes To The Swz.
