1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Construction Works Consisting In The Maintenance And Renovation Of Drainage Elements In The Scope Of: 1) Improvement Of The Technical Condition Of Drainage Ditches By Unblocking And Improving The Longitudinal Slopes Of The Ditch Bottom With And Without Disturbing The Slopes, 2) Replacement Of Damaged Drainage Elements - Sewage Inlets, Sewage Wells, Watercourses, Canals And Sewers, 3) Maintenance Of Drainage Elements By Unblocking And Cleaning Them, 4) Works Preparatory Work For Renovation Works In The Form Of Clearing Weeds, Self-Seeding Plants, Shrubs And Medium-Density Ground Cover, 5) Earthworks - Trenching, Linear Excavations With Transport Of Excavated Material To The Landfill, 6) Tidying Up The Area After Renovation And Maintenance Works, Including Topsoiling And Sowing The Adjacent Green Areas With Grass.2. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Included In The Bill Of Quantities. The Basic Definitions Regarding The Set Of Technical Procedures And The Substantive Scope Of Works Indicated In The Bills Of Quantities Were Defined In Accordance With The Applicable, Relevant Polish Standards And With The Definitions Given In Ost.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Post-Construction Settlement Of The Works Performed, Prepared On The Basis Of Unit Prices Of The Offer Cost Estimate And Based On The Measurements Of The Actually Performed Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare One Copy Of The Acceptance Report For The Completed Task And Submit It To The Ordering Party For Final Acceptance, Containing A Set Of Acceptance Documents Numbered Thematically, Starting From No. 1, Including, Among Others: Reports On The Technical Acceptance Of Drainage In Individual Locations, Documents Confirming The Quality Of The Materials Used, Recipes And Technological Arrangements, Extracts From Geodetic Measurements And Measurement Sketches, Geodetic Inventory. Post-Construction In The Scope Of Updating The Basic Map (Due To Administrative Procedures And Activities, The Ordering Party Allows For The Final Acceptance To Be Accompanied By A Photocopy Of The Confirmed Notification Of Surveying Works At The District Center For Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation), Necessary To Complete The Acceptance Protocol And Take Over The Facility For Use. 4. The Scope Of Work Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Be Indicated In The Field By The Supervision Inspector To The Authorized Representative Of The Contractor.5. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed On The Basis Of: Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz).
