The Subject Of The Order Is: Reconstruction Of Ul. Karczewska At The Height Of The Municipal Stadium In Otwock. The Contractors Obligations Include In Particular: 1) Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Design Documentation Under The Supervision Of A Person With Appropriate Construction Qualifications, 2) Notifying All Network Administrators 7 Days In Advance Of The Date Of Commencement Of The Works And Notifying The Ordering Party About The Performance Of These Activities, 3) Carrying Out The Works Under The Supervision Of Authorized Representatives Of The Network Administrators, 4) Securing The Construction Site And Adjacent Structures, Including Trees Not Intended For Felling, Against Destruction As A Result Of The Works Being Carried Out, 5) Ensuring Constant Supervision And Control Of The Works Being Carried Out, 6) Ensuring Ongoing Geodetic Service And Geodetic Inventory Of The Works Performed, 7) Organization Of The Construction Site, 8) Reporting By The Construction Manager To The Representative Of The Employer And The Supervisory Inspector For The Acceptance Of Works That Are Disappearing And Being Covered, 9) Introducing A New Permanent Traffic Organization Consisting In The Implementation Of Horizontal And Vertical Markings According To The Design Of The Permanent Organization Traffic, 10) Introducing Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works, 11) Agreeing With The Operator On Access To The Property For The Purpose Of Removing Solid Waste, 12) Reclamation Of The Adjacent Area With Topsoil And Grassing, 13) Carrying Out The Necessary Accompanying Works And Formal And Legal Activities Enabling The Commissioning Of The Completed Facilities, Including, Among Others, Technical Acceptance, As Well As Preparing Complete As-Built Documentation Indicating The Changes Introduced, 14) Performance Of All Other Works Not Included In The Contract And Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Securing The Area During The Work And Tidying Up The Area In The Area Of The Works After Their Completion. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards And On The Terms Agreed With The Contractor On The Basis Of The Contract.
