The Purpose Of This Order Is To Select A Contractor For The Investment Project Of The National Museum In Gdańsk Entitled: Revalorization Of The Hydrotechnical System In The Palace And Park Complex In Waplewo Wielkie (Museum Of Noble Tradition, Branch Of The National Museum In Gdańsk) - Stage I. Financed From The City Loan Granted By The Pomeranian Development Fund.2. The Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out On The Premises Of The Palace And Park Complex In Waplewo Wielkie, Entered In The Register Of Immovable Monuments Of The Pomeranian Voivodeship Under Number 741. 3. The Object Constituting The Subject Of The Order Belongs To The Museum Of Noble Tradition, The Pomeranian Center For Contacts With The Polish Diaspora In Waplewo Wielkie, A Branch Of The National Museum In Gdańsk, Waplewo Wielkie, 82-410 Stary Targ.4. The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Premises Of An Operating Branch Of The Museum Available To Visitors, Therefore The Contractor Must Take Into Account The Resulting Limitations And The Need To Implement Additional Security Measures.5. The Task Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Design Documentation (Appendices No. 7, 8), Guidelines Of The National Museum In Gdańsk Regarding Works In The Historic Green Areas (Appendix No. 9), Administrative Decisions Issued (Appendices No. 11, 12, 13, 14), Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 10) And These Terms Of Reference.6. Before Commencing Construction Works, The Contractor Should Read The Content Of The Attached Documentation To The Extent Required To Complete The Subject Of The Order, Analyze The Solutions Adopted In The Projects And Design Indications Regarding The Technology Of Carrying Out The Works, And Is Obliged To Report Any Errors, Inaccuracies And Omissions Before Commencing The Works, At The Same Time Accepting Responsibility For The Consequences Of Failing To Identify Errors That Could Be Detected At The Stage Of Submitting The Offer.7. The Work Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Catalogue Of Good Practices In The Field Of Hydrotechnical Works And Maintenance Works - Https://Www.Gov.Pl/Web/Klimat/Katalog-Dobrych-Praktyk-W-Zakresie-Robot-Hydrotechnicznych/.8. The Ordering Party Is Interested In Achieving A Specific Goal, Which Is The Ability To Channel Water Through The Park Complex And Increase Flood Protection. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Consist In Particular In Works Within The W1 - Ob4 Section In Accordance With The Attached Design Documentation (Annex 7): A) Preparation And Organization Of The Construction Site: The Social And Living Facilities Of The Construction Site Will Be Located In The Area Designated By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Prepare The Construction Facilities, Supervise The Work Area And The Facilities, And Will Bear The Costs Related To Water And Energy Consumption For The Construction And Facilities Based On Meter Readings.
