1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction And Modernization Of Street Lighting In The Komorniki Commune.2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Three Parts. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For One, Two Or Three Lots. Separate Tender Selection Procedures Will Be Conducted For Each Part Of The Order.3. The First Part Includes The Construction Of Street Lighting Along Czereśniowa Street (Stage Ii - From Ul. Wirowska To The Border With The City Of Luboń) In Wiry, 4. The Detailed Scope Of Works According To Which The Work Should Be Performed Is Included In The Design Documentation, Stwior, And Bills Of Quantities, Which Constitute Attachments To This Swz.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare As-Built Documentation In Two Copies In Paper And Electronic Versions On A Cd Or Pendrive And Submit It To The Ordering Party.6. A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 8A To The Swz For Part I.7. The Contractor Is Obliged, Throughout The Period For Which The Agreement Is Concluded, To Have Civil Liability Insurance In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For A Guarantee Sum Of Not Less Than Pln 200,000.00 Regardless Of How Many Parts It Submits An Offer For, Valid No Later Than From The Date Of Signing The Contract Until The Final Acceptance. The Ordering Party Will Accept The Liability Insurance Document Held By The Contractor In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For The Insured Sum Required By The Ordering Party, Which Will Be Concluded For An Annual Period And Will Be Renewable While Maintaining Continuity Of Insurance Coverage Until Final Acceptance. In Such A Situation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Valid Third Party Liability Insurance Document For The Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order No Later Than Within 7 Days From The Date Of Issuance Of This Document.8. Guarantee And Warranty: 1) Required Warranty Period - In Accordance With The Offer, Minimum 36 Months, Maximum 60 Months, 2) The Scope Of Warranty Rights Is Regulated By The Provisions Of The Civil Code. 9. Information On The Use Of Equivalent Products, Materials And Technologies. In The Case Of Material Names Used In The Documentation Of The Procedure, They Should Be Understood As Examples - With The Parameters Desired By The Ordering Party. This Means That The Ordering Party Allows In Each Case The Use Of A Material Equivalent In Terms Of The Main (Essential) Technical And Operational Parameters, While Maintaining At Least The Same Level Of Quality, Durability, Functionality And Compatibility With Other Materials Used (Built-In) During The Execution Of The Order.
