A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annexes To This Swz. The Ordering Party Attaches The Bill Of Quantities To The Swz. It Is Only Auxiliary Material For Preparing An Offer Cost Estimate (To Calculate The Offer Price). The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Analyzed In Connection With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Technical Knowledge, Construction Practice And This Swz.3. The Ordering Party Requires Contractors To Prepare An Offer Cost Estimate Based On The Attached Bills Of Quantities. If Discrepancies Are Found Between The Bill Of Quantities And The Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractors To Ask The Ordering Party A Clarifying Question. This Action Is Intended To Ensure That The Ordering Party Obtains Comparable Offers.
