The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Pergola Along The Main Avenue At The Dobrzegłowowiec Cemetery In Tychy. The Task Includes Carrying Out Construction Works Related To The Foundation Of The Designed Pergola, Described In The Architectural And Construction Part Of The Design Documentation. The Scope Of Interference In Land Development Applies Only To Works Related To The Construction Of The Mentioned Pergola. In Terms Of Underground Works, The Project Involves The Construction Of Foundations For The Designed Columns, Which Are An Element Of The Pergola - These Works Are Described In The Architectural And Construction Part. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. In This Procedure, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law, Provides For An Option. A Detailed Description Of The Options Is Provided In Point 3.2 Of The Swz. Continuation Of Amendments To The Agreement § 15 Ppu - Amendment Of The Provisions Of The Agreement1. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Making Changes To The Provisions Of The Contract, Also In Relation To The Content Of The Offer On The Basis Of Which The Contractor Was Selected, In The Following Cases: 1) The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Requires Obtaining Appropriate Documents Or Other Materials And Information From Public Administration Bodies, And For Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Contractor It Was Impossible To Obtain Them Within The Deadlines Provided For In The Law; 2) Changing The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Contract Specified In § 2 Section 1 In The Event Of Force Majeure Or A Random External Event Whose Effects Cannot Be Predicted, E.G.: Intense Precipitation, Hurricane, Occurrence Of Unfavorable Weather Conditions Within The Contract Implementation Period That Prevent Or Significantly Hamper The Implementation Of Works In Accordance With The Technological Process (E.G. Inappropriate Air Humidity, Inappropriate Ground Temperature Relative To The Dew Point, Temperature Preventing Solidification Of Concrete, Synthetic Coatings, Earthworks), As Well As If It Is Necessary To Take Actions To Limit The Effects Of Force Majeure, And In The Event Of The Need To Take Actions Aimed At Limiting The Effects Of Force Majeure;3) When It Is Necessary To Perform Replacement Works Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Due To The Principles Of Technical Knowledge That Suspend Or Delay The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract,4) When There Are Construction Site Conditions That Differ Significantly From Those Adopted In The Design Documentation, In Particular When Networks, Installations Or Other Construction Facilities Have Not Been Inventoried Or Incorrectly Inventoried,5) Changes In Decisions, Resolutions Or Arrangements By Administrative Authorities And Entities Agreeing On The Documentation Design;6) Changes In Legal Provisions In Force After The Date Of Conclusion
