1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Including Emergency Repairs Of Roofs And Chimneys In Buildings Managed By Kzgm In Katowice Located Within The Building Operations Department No. 1. Note: One (1) Contractor May Submit An Offer For A Maximum Of Three (3) Parts Of The Order 1) Part 1 - Includes Repairs Of Chimneys, Sheet Metal And Roofing Works And Other Works Related To The Replacement Of Roof Structural Elements, Replacement Of Roof Covering Elements And Roof Drainage In Buildings Located In Districts Of Bogucice, Dąb, Wełnowiec-Józefowiec, Koszutka (Eb -1). Part 1 Of The Order Will Be Implemented Up To The Amount Allocated For Its Financing, I.E. Pln 99,996.00 Gross. This Amount Is The Maximum Value Of The Contract And Will Be Entered In § 5 Section 2 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 2. The Works, For Each Part, Will Consist In Particular In: • Rebuilding Chimneys, • Completing Chimney Caps, • Making Cold Damp-Proof Insulation From An Asphalt Solution, • Making Cement-Lime Plasters On Chimneys Above The Roof, • Painting Plasters With Façade Paints, • Installing Pressure Bands, • Jointing Roof Formwork, • Replacing Roof Structure Elements, • Covering Roofs With Roofing Felt. Heat-Welded, • Completing Sheet Metal Flashings, Chimney Manhole Covers, Roof Gutters, Downpipes, Cleaners, Ventilation Caps, • Installing Cleaning Doors, • Replacing The Karpiówka Ceramic Roof Tile Covering, • Completing The Joints Between The Roof Tiles And The Walls With Mortar, • Disposing Of Rubble, • Carrying Out Current Chimney Sweeping Orders, Including: Sealing, Cleaning, Unblocking, Milling, Raising Chimney Flues, Installing Chimney Caps, Rebuilding Chimneys, Supplementing Chimney Caps.3. The Above-Mentioned Works Will Be Performed On The Basis Of Stwiorb (Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz) And The Bill Of Quantities. The Quantities Of Works Given In The Bill Of Quantities Are Approximate Values That May Change During Implementation.4. A Vehicle With A Basket Lift Is Needed To Complete Approximately 20% Of Orders.5. The Order Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of Individual Work Orders, Issued In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party, And Settled On An As-Built Basis Based On Unit Prices Indicated In The Offer Cost Estimate.6. The Warranty Period Required By The Ordering Party For The Works Performed Is 24 Months. This Period Will Be Included In § 17 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Which Are Annexed. No. 3 To Swz.7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Procurement Documents, Including: 1) Bills Of Quantities - Annex No. 4 To The Swz, 2) Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 3 To The Swz, And In Particular The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwiorb) - Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.8.
