1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Thermal Modernization Of Municipal Residential Buildings At Ul. Sienkiewicza 3 And Ul. Mickiewicza 54 In Sztum, As Part Of The Task Entitled: Improving The Energy Efficiency Of Municipal Residential Buildings In The Revitalization Area At Ul. Sienkiewicza 3 And Ul. Mickiewicza 54, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Contract.2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Preparation Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And Obtaining A Building Permit Decision Or A Certificate Of No Grounds For Objection To The Notification Of Construction Or Other Construction Works Based On Currently Applicable Regulations And The Ordering Partys Guidelines Based On The Energy Audits Held By The Ordering Party. The Study Should Cover The Work Indicated In Energy Audits Prepared By Neptun Eko Jarosław Kozub From Rumia.3. In The Scope Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Referred To In Section 1 The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Obtain The Necessary Arrangements, Opinions, Checks And Decisions, Deviations To The Extent Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract And Obtain A Building Permit Decision (If Required), 2) Develop A Multi-Discipline Technical Inventory Together With A Technical Expert Opinion Of The Building, 3) Develop Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For Thermal Modernization And Renovation In Accordance With The Local Spatial Development Plan To The Extent Required By Construction Law And Regulations, Along With Any Arrangements And Opinions, 4) Preparing Applications For The Issuance Of Technical Conditions Or Their Extension, Changing The Existing Conditions Of Connection To The Power Grid And Other Applications Necessary For The Implementation Of The Project And Obtaining Appropriate Technical Conditions, 5) Transferring The Proprietary Copyrights To The Design Documentation To The Ordering Party, 6) Obtaining An Administrative Decision Regarding The Permit To Carry Out Construction Works From The Competent Architectural And Construction Administration Authority, Enabling The Ordering Party To Commence Construction Works (Building Permit Or Certificate Of No Objection To The Submitted Works Construction),7) Performing A One-Time Update Of Investor Cost Estimates,8) Exercising Authors Supervision In The Course Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Construction Law Act Of July 7, 1994.
