The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Paid Performance Of The Duties Of An Investors Supervision Inspector Over Construction Works During The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Parking Lot At Ul. A. Kity, Register No. 1148/60 And 1148/62. Determination Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Obligation To Comprehensively Pay The Duties Of An Investors Supervision Inspector Over Construction Works During The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Parking Lot. At Ul. A. Kity, Register No. 1148/60 And 1148/62, Which Includes: - Demolition Works, - Removal Of Excavated Material, - Installation Of Curbs, - Drainage, - Construction Of Parking Lot Surface, - Marking. The Scope Of Comprehensive Paid Duties Of The Supervisor Of Construction Works During The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Parking Lot At Ul. A. Kity, Register No. 1148/60 And 1148/62 Was Specified In The Design Documentation Along With Annexes, Opinions, Decisions And Arrangements, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. The Ordering Party Requires That A Person Performing Independent Technical Functions In Construction In The Field Of Investor Supervision In The Field Of Road Engineering, And Having Appropriate Authorizations To Supervise The Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law In Force In The Republic Of Poland, Take Part In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractors Obligations Include In Particular: 1) Performing The Duties Of A Supervision Inspector In Accordance With The Provisions, In Particular Art. 25 And 26 Of The Public Procurement Law, 2) Ensuring Correct And Timely Implementation Of The Investment, 3) Checking The Completeness And Correctness Of Documents Prepared By The Contractor During The Implementation Of The Works (Including Financial Settlements), In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract With The Contractor, 4) Representing The Ordering Party At The Construction Site In All Technical Issues Related To The Implementation Of The Investment, 5) Handing Over The Construction Site To The Contractor, With The Participation Of The Ordering Party, 6) Ongoing Resolution Of Technical Construction Problems, 7) Making Arrangements With The Ordering Party Of Any Changes Regarding The Value And Scope Of The Supervised Works, 8) Informing The Ordering Party About The Progress Of The Works And Any Circumstances That May Affect The Extension Of The Deadline And Changing The Costs Of The Investment Implementation, 9) Checking The Correctness Of The Material Scope Of The Works Performed And Its Compliance With The Contract Concluded Between The Investor And The Contractor And The Contractor And Subcontractors, 10) Cooperation With The Ordering Party In The Field Of Project Administration: Providing Information On The Progress Of The Works In Terms Of Financial And Material (Checking Lists Of Partially Completed Works, In Terms Of Mat
