1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Catching And Providing 24-Hour Care For Homeless Animals From The Koło Municipality During A Period Of 184 Days, I.E. In The Period From July 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. The Ordering Party Anticipates That A Total Of 49 Animals Will Be Cared For During The Term Of The Contract, Including 44 Dogs And 5 Cats (36 Dogs Staying At The Shelter And The Temporary Animal Holding Point, 2 Dogs That May Be Caught Between May And June 2026 And Will Be Cared For From July 1, 2026, And 6 Dogs And 5 Cats Expected To Be Caught During The Term Of The Contract).2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) The Contractor Will Take Over The Care Of 36 Dogs Staying At The Temporary Animal Holding Point Located In Kosodrzewiny 56A, 92-411 Łódź, Owned By The Koło Municipality, Within 5 Days From The Date Of Validity Of The Contract In Consultation With The Animals Current Place Of Stay. The Transfer Will Take Place On The Basis Of The Takeover Protocol. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Number Of Dogs To Be Taken Over May Change, And This Will Result From The Actual Number Of Dogs Staying At The Point Of Temporary Keeping Of Animals On The Date Of Commencement Of The Contract Concluded As A Result Of These Proceedings. 2) In Addition, The Contractor Will Take Care Of Two Animals That May Be Caught In The Period From May To June, And Care For Them Will Start On July 1, 2026. The Animals Will Be Transported To The Shelter/Point Run By The Contractor At Its Own Expense And Using Its Own Means Of Transport, In Order To Continue Caring For Them For A Fee. 3) Animals Owned By The Ordering Party And Staying At The Temporary Animal Holding Point Are Already Dewormed, Vaccinated And Marked With An Identification Number. 4) Catching, Transporting And Providing 24-Hour Care To Stray Animals From The Koło Municipality Will Take Place After Notification By An Authorized Employee Of The Municipal Office In Koło (Indicated By Name In The Contract, Performing Activities During Office Hours, I.E. 7:30-15:30), Or By The City Guard, Police, Fire Brigade And Emergency Services. 5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Start Trapping Immediately, But No Later Than Within 5 Hours From The Time Of Notification By The Ordering Party, And In Urgent, Particularly Justified Cases (E.G. Threats To Human Or Animal Life) No Later Than Within 2 Hours From The Time Of Notification By The Ordering Party. 6) The Number Of Animals To Be Caught Is Approximately 6 Dogs And 5 Cats During The Duration Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Number Of Animals To Be Caught And Admitted To The Shelter/Animal Keeping Point May Be Smaller Or Larger, And This Will Result From The Actual Number Of Homeless Animals Staying In The Koło Municipality During The Period Of Service Provision.
