1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A System For Recording Lectures And Presentations (Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order)2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order/List Of Required Technical Parameters.3. The Order Is Being Implemented As Part Of The Project Development Plan Entitled: Modernization And Equipment Of Teaching Facilities In Connection With Increasing The Admission Limits For Medical Studies - Medical University Of Lublin Implemented Under The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan, Component D Efficiency, Accessibility And Quality Of The Health Care System, Which Is An Element Of Investment D2.1.1 Entitled Investments Related To The Modernization And Retrofitting Of Teaching Facilities And Increasing The Number Of People Undertaking Medical Studies Under Agreement No. Kpod.07.05-Ip.10-0023/24/Kpo/1206/2025/99 And Annex No. 1 And Own Contribution.1. The Ordering Party Informs That All Deliveries/Construction Works Are Carried Out As Part Of The Project Development Plan Entitled: Modernization And Equipment Of Teaching Facilities In Connection With The Increase In Admission Limits For Medical Studies - Medical University Of Lublin Must Comply With The Principle Of Doing No Serious Harm (Dnsh), Within The Meaning Of Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 (Taxonomy Regulation). The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Documents Confirming Compliance With The Dnsh Principle And To Provide Explanations In This Regard At The Request Of The Ordering Party.2. The Ordering Party Informs That The Data Of Contractors And Contractors Involved In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order May Be Used And Processed By The Ministry Of Health In The Arachne And Skaner Systems. The Arachne System Is An It System Operated By The European Commission Which, By Using Conversion Algorithms, Calculates The Risk Of Irregularities Related To The Prevention Of Corruption, Fraud, Conflict Of Interest And Double Financing. Scanner Application Means An Application Connected To Cst2021 (An Ict System Created And Maintained By The Minister Responsible For Regional Development To Support, In Particular, Reforms, Investments And Kpo Projects) And Other Data Sources (Including Krs, Ceidg, Crbr) Enabling Downloading Data From Individual Sources Such As: Identification Data, Information About Related Entities And Persons, List Of Beneficial Owners, Pkd Codes, Information About Implemented Projects, Information About Orders.3. In Accordance With The Framework Procedure For The Disclosure Of Data Collected And Held Relating To Final Recipients, Contractors And Subcontractors And Their Beneficial Owners, In Order To Enable The Ec, Olaf, The Eca And The Eppo (Where Applicable) And Other Relevant National Authorities To Identify Red Flags And Potential Abuses For Audit And Control Purposes: In Order To Enable The Identification Of Red Flags And Potential A
