Tenders are invited for Provision of Consultancy Services for the Development of a Policy Paper and Stakeholder Engagement on Financial Inclusion and Women MSME Registration Scope of Work and Main Deliverables The selected consultant will be responsible for leading an integrated policy development and advocacy process, combining evidence-based analysis, policy formulation, and structured stakeholder engagement and lobbying efforts. Application Process Interested consultants are invited to submit the following: a. Technical proposal The technical proposal should include: A clear understanding of the assignment and its objectives A detailed description of the proposed methodology, approach, and tools to be used in implementing the assignment A proposed workplan outlining key tasks, timeline, and level of effort The consultant/s profile and curriculum vitae (CV), demonstrating relevant experience in policy development, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement Samples of previous work, including policy papers, policy briefs, analytical reports, or similar relevant assignments Including several experts/consultants with specialized expertise in specific areas is considered an advantage.
