The Customer Does Not Apply For: Customized Software Built For Individual Needs Software Development Project Completed Or A Product In The Pilot Phase. Basically Required. The Solution Must Be Able To Be Implemented Without Significant Customer-Specific Software Development, And Its Key Functionalities Must Be Ready In The System. The Goal Of The Procurement Is To Form A Unified Operational Control And Information Management Solution That Meets The Requirements Of The Law (Medical Devices Act), Which Enables The Management Of Medical Technology And Assistive Device Service Processes, Management With Information And The Traceability Required By Legislation Throughout The Entire Life Cycle. The Solution Must Be Able To Be Integrated Into Key To The Background Systems And Support The Controlled Transfer Of Information As Part Of The Overall Architecture Of The Welfare Area. Currently, There Are Several Separate Systems In Use, Which Is Why The Goal Is To Unify The Whole. With This Information Request, The Kymenlaakso Welfare Area Aims To Map The Market Situation And The Available Systems With Their Functionality And Development Plans, So That The Actual Tendering Process Can Be Carried Out In The Most Appropriate Way. The Request For Information Does Not Oblige The Kymenlaakso Welfare Area To Carry Out The Purchase. Medical Technology And Assistive Device Service Management, Life Cycle Management And Information Management. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Joint Procurement Of Kymenlaakso Welfare Area (Assistance Service) And Kymenlaakso Welfare Area Support And Real Estate Services Oy (Medical Equipment). The First Phase Of The Market Dialogue Is Carried Out As A Written Survey. The Procurement Unit Asks For Answers To Pre-Defined Themes. The Procurement Unit Can, If It Wishes, Continue The Market Dialogue With The Respondents With Written Follow-Up Questions Or Individual Discussion Sessions Organized As Teams Meetings. The Market Dialogue Is Started By Getting Familiar With The Answers Provided By The Suppliers. If Necessary, The Procurement Unit Selects 1–3 Suppliers For Further Discussions. Discussions Are Held On A Supplier-By-Supplier Basis Between The Kymenlaakso Welfare Area And The Individual Supplier, And Their Purpose Is To Refine And Specify The Themes Of The Market Dialogue. The Kymenlaakso Welfare Area Invites The Selected Suppliers To Discussion Events And Announces Their Dates Separately. Participation In The Market Dialogue Does Not Bind The Service Provider To Participate In A Subsequent Tender, And Participation Is Not A Prerequisite For Participating In The Tender And Does Not Affect The Bidders Position In A Possible Tender. The Information Obtained During The Market Dialogue Is Used In The Preparation Of The Procurement.
