Description Purpose And Scope The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Establish A 3Pl Warehouse Solution That Takes Care Of The Entire Process For Handling Equipment For The Oslo Summer School. The Solution Must Include Reception, Registration, Storage, Ordering, Packaging, Distribution And Return Handling, As Well As Providing An Updated Overview Of Stock. The Aim Is To Ensure Correct Deliveries At The Right Time, Efficient Use Of Resources And A Predictable Implementation Of The Summer School. The Assignment Is Characterized By Significant Seasonal Variations. The High Season From March To June Involves High Activity Related To Ordering, Receiving, Packing And Transporting Equipment. Experience From 2025 Shows, Among Other Things, The Handling Of Approximately 550 Course Packages And 50 Standard Packages, Transport To And From Around 50 Course Locations, And Storage Of 180–220 Pallets. The Agreement Also Covers Year-Round Tasks Outside The High Season, Such As Return Handling, Warehouse Management, Overview And Preparation For The Next Implementation. The Supplier Must Ensure Predictability, Updated Stock Status, Correct Handling Of Orders, And Close Cooperation With The Client Through Regular Contact Points And Meeting Activities.
