The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Services For The Treatment Of Construction Waste From Repair Work And Ego, Generated By Households On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Pernik And Generated By Construction And Repair Activities, For Which The Municipality Is The Contracting Authority The Object Of The Order Is A Service Within The Meaning Of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Subject Of This Order Is The Provision Of Services For The Treatment Of Construction Waste From Repair Work And Bulky Waste (Gww), Generated By Households In The Territory Of The Municipality Of Pernik And Generated By Construction And Repair Activities, For Which The Municipality Is The Contracting Authority. According To Their Sources Of Formation, The Construction Waste From Repair Activities And Bulky Waste That Will Be Treated According To This Public Procurement Are: - Formed During Repair Activities By Households On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Pernik - Formed By Construction And Repair Activities For Which The Municipality Is The Contracting Authority The Service Under This Order Is For The Performance Of Construction And Bulky Waste Treatment Activities Generated By Households In The Territory Of The Municipality Of Pernik, At A Waste Treatment Site For Which The Contractor Has A Permit To Perform Waste Treatment Activities. The Contractor Should Carry Out Waste Treatment At A Waste Treatment Site For Which The Contractor Has A Permit To Carry Out Waste Treatment Activities, At Which To Separate Through The Preliminary Treatment Waste For Subsequent Utilization From The Delivered Construction And Bulky Waste And Subsequent Utilization Of A Part Of The Pre-Treated Construction Waste Specified By The Employer. Preliminary Treatment As A Waste Treatment Activity Aims To Maximally Extract (Separate) The Recyclable And Usable Components From Them (Such As: Metals, Glass, Plastics, Paper, Cardboard, Wood, Inert Fractions, Etc.). The Utilization Of Construction Waste Aims To Use It As A Substitute For Natural Materials.
