The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of Spare Parts, Consumables And Out-Of-Warranty Servicing Of Excavators Owned By Vik Ood - Ruse With Three Distinct Positions: Separate Item 1 - Delivery Of Spare Parts, Consumables And Out-Of-Warranty Service For Fiat Hitachi And New Holland Excavators; Separate Item 2 – Delivery Of Spare Parts, Consumables And Out-Of-Warranty Service For Jcb Excavators; ​​​​​​​Special Position 3 - Delivery Of Spare Parts, Consumables And Out-Of-Warranty Service Of Hydromek Excavators. The Subject Of The Order For All Three Separate Positions Includes Delivery Of Parts, Details, Materials And Consumables, As Well As Diagnostics, Current And Major Repairs Of Excavators Owned By Vik Ood - City Of Ruse. The Activities, The Subject Of This Public Procurement, Are Carried Out Only When Necessary Or Planned After Agreement With The Contracting Authority, Only At The Request Of Its Representative, With The Place Of Execution Being The Bus Depots Of Vik Ood - The City Of Ruse, In The Territory Operated By The Company Or In A Service Base Of The Contractor In The Territory Of The Ruse Region - If One Is Available (There Is No Mandatory Requirement, Given The Provision Of Service By Mobile Groups). The Contractor Should Remedy The Damage (Including Delivery Of The Necessary Parts And Consumables) Within The Period According To The Contract, Starting From The Day Of Submission Of A Written Request By A Representative Of The Employer By E-Mail. The Contractor Should Supply, If Necessary (Without Carrying Out Repair Work), Spare Parts And Consumables For The Brands And Models Of Excavators Specified In The Specification Within The Period According To The Contract, Starting From The Day Of Receipt Of A Written Request From The Contracting Authority By E-Mail, With The Place Of Performance (Delivery) Being The Depots Of Vik Ood - Ruse, In The Territory Operated By The Company Or In The Service Base Of The Contractor In The Territory Of The Ruse Region - If Available At Such And At The Express Request Of The Contracting Authority. All Delivery Costs Are For The Account Of The Contractor. All Supplied Spare Parts And Consumables Must Be New, Non-Recycled And Original, Fully Matching The Make And Model Of Excavator Specified In The Specification.
