This Public Procurement Is In Connection With The Implementation Of An Approved Project Proposal For The Purchase Of An Electric Vehicle, Including A Connected Charging Station, Under Investment Chapter Repowereu Investment 5 (С13.I5), A Procedure Through The Direct Provision Of Funds To Specific Final Recipients Bg-Rrp-13.009 Installation Of Photovoltaic Systems (Phs) In Existing Social Services, Delegated By The State Activity Purchase Of Electric Vehicles, Including Connected Charging Stations For The Provision Of Social Services To The National Plan For Recovery And Sustainability. The Subject Of This Order Should Be Executed In Compliance With The Principle Of Doing No Significant Harm, According To The Technical Guidelines For The Application Of The Principle Of No Significant Harm According To The Regulation On The Recovery And Resilience Mechanism (2021/C 58/01). The Order Covers The Delivery Of A New Electric Truck, Category N1. The Car Must Have An N1 Homologation Issued By An Authorized Body Of The European Union, Certifying That It Meets Safety And Environmental Standards. Proof Of N1 Homologation Is Through A Certificate Of Conformity (Cco). The Electric Car Should Be New And Unused, With No Hidden Or Obvious Defects. The Delivered Vehicle Must Be Equipped In Accordance With Article 139, Paragraph 2 Of The Law On Road Traffic, A Full-Size Spare Tire, A Jack And A Combined Tire Wrench, To Be Accompanied By The Necessary Documents For Its Registration. The Vehicle Must Be Loaded With All Necessary Liquids And Materials For Operation; ​​​​​​​The Deadline For The Delivery Of The Electric Car Is At The Proposal Of The Participants And Is Subject To Evaluation, According To The Established Methodology For Evaluation Of Offers. Each Participant Should Offer A Deadline For Delivery, But Not More Than 60 (Sixty) Calendar Days. The Term For The Execution Of The Order Will Begin To Run From The Date Of Signing The Contract. Regardless Of The Deadline Proposed By The Selected Contractor, The Delivery Should Be Made No Later Than 31.07.2026. Important! The Term Of The Contract, As Well As The Term Of Delivery, Are In Accordance With The Term Of Contract No. Bg-Rrp-13.009-0178-C01. In Case Of Extension, The Term Of Contract No. Bg-Rrp-13.009-0178-C01, The Term Of The Concluded Contract And The Term For The Implementation Of The Subject Of This Order Will Be Extended With An Annex.
