The Project Aims To Recover The Pedestrian Passability Of The Sidewalks Of One Of The Most Important Avenues In The City Of La Serena, Such As Avenida Francisco De Aguirre, Repairing The Breaks And Unevenness That Put Pedestrians At Risk And Do Not Meet The Minimum Quality Necessary To Allow Safe Pedestrian Traffic. This Investment Initiative Contemplates Removal And Partial Replacement Of Sidewalk Pavements On A Section Of Francisco De Aguirre Avenue, South And North Sidewalk Of The City Of La Serena. According To The Available Cadastre, The Failures To Be Repaired Are Divided Into 28 Concrete Failures, 8 Slab Failures And 2 Tile Sidewalk Failures.
