This Is A Change To The Completed Construction Of The Wwtp. The Buildings Intended To Be Located (Return And Excess Sludge Pumping Station, Thermophilic Reactor, New Gas Tank, Biomethane Processing Facility, Expansion Of The Sludge Thickening Facility, New Cogeneration Unit, Mining Gas Pipeline, New Storm Sewer, Expansion Of Paved Areas) Are A New Construction. The Purpose Of A Wastewater Treatment Plant Is To Function Optimally And Achieve The Highest Possible Cleaning Efficiency Using The Best Available Technology In The Field Of Wastewater Disposal. Implementation Is Divided Into Two Stages – Basic (Primarily Modernization And Intensification) And Extended (Primarily Energy Self-Sufficiency), When The Second Stage Will Only Be Implemented If Financial Coverage Is Secured.
